The soloists, duets and trios wishing to take part in the Festival;
a) To the accompaniment of the Festival Orchestra conducted by Zbigniew Jakubek
b) Musical bands

The registrations should be sent in the form of one song, which should obligatorily be original, recorded on a CD and by e-mail by 31 January 2010. The song may be performed in the native language of the performer, or in English.

Then, 20 participants (10 bands and 10 performers to the accompaniment of the Festival Orchestra) are selected to take part in the Festival. The qualifications shall be carried out by the Qualifying Committee on the basis of the proposals sent. None of the members of the Qualifying Committee shall know the name and surname of the person, the name of the band or the institution which is represented by the auditioned person. The performers are identified by special codes, and the sum of points given by all the members of the Committee shall decide about the qualification - each member rates on a scale from 1 to 10.
